Happy May!

The month of May is still considered spring, but for me, it signals the start of summer. I'm in my yard, fresh fruits and vegetables abound, the pool's open, and all signs of winter are gone. Happy May! - and Happy Birthday to those who are lucky enough to have emeralds for their birthstone.

  1. What wonderful photos! Green is one of my favourite colours and you've done it justice here :)

  2. Such a vibrant collection of images...just lovely, xv.

  3. Rita I adore emeralds even if they are not my birthstone. They are my true favorite gem. Gorgeous photos!

Thank you for coming by and catching up on my blog posts! I always appreciate your visits. You are so sweet.

I am still eating very healthy and exercising on a regular basis. The only problem is I have barely moved at all on the scale in almost 2 entire months. Only 2 pounds. Yikes! That makes a grand total of 47 pounds lost since 09/09/09. I have also gone down 4 clothing sizes. I know that is really good but I still would like to lose about 6-10 more and 1 more size. I'm only 5'3" and should be small and was for most of my life until the last few years caught up with me. Sigh. I'm still working hard at it. Thank you for asking. My latest post on it from my 6 month udate is on my sidebar under "My Healthy Life" if you would like to read it. Maybe I will go ahead and update again on the 9th of this month.

  4. Perfect shades of green and blue Rita..I love them all. That green bike is my favouite!

  5. We must be on the same page because I have a post on green bags tomorrow. That water picture made me turn green that I wasn't there!

  6. What a truly breath-taking post Rita! I scrolled up & down to my heart's content drooling at the emeralds especially. Happy May to you too my dear.
