    I am going to keep these in my 'entertaining file'. I often suffer from those 'middle age moments' when you are standing there with the food ready to go and not a thought in your head as how to present it. Tnis is a keeper. Thanks :)

  4. Oh my goodness, these look fantastic! Tiramisu is my all-time favourite dessert (and the competition is quite fierce!), that photo of it nearly hypnotised me LOL!!

  6. Rita your choices are perfect! This is exactly our sort of Festive food, especially the antipasto platter. We're experiencing a real burst of hot Summer weather at the moment, 108F. predicted for today. So chilled seafood platters & champers on ice are essentials for a great Christmas Day Down Under.
